The Crazy times of a Senior Graduating

We leave for Utah tomorrow so I just had to blog a few things from the past couple of weeks before we left.

Emil M. and Brianna Corbo. They've been friends since Kindergarten. Brianna is studying linguistics in New England this fall.
This was Senior Awards Night. Emil M. was recognized for his excellence in Art as well as his work on the Lit. Magazine.
Kirstin having some fun with one of Emil M.'s charcoal drawings.
They had 6 Seniors showcase their art and Emil M. was one of them.

Noah Graduated as well from Elementary School. I can't believe he'll be at the Middle School next year!

Graduation was suppose to be on Friday night but a sudden thunderstorm with accompanying lightening meant it was postponed until Saturday morning.

Ms. Robinett, Kirstin, Olivia
Kirstin here with her band teacher and one of her best friends.
She played in the band for graduation.

Emil M. graduated with Honors which is why he was in white. Yay!

Last night we went to Emil's parents for one last filipino dinner.

One last thing. I made this a couple of weeks ago. It was "OH MY YUM" Delicious!
Hopefully this is the right link. OK so I don't know how to make it so you can just click on it and it takes you there but cut and paste and you'll be fine

Watch the tutorial. It makes it so much more easy. Try it! You will not regret it I promise!
The extra bonus is that it makes 2 loaves so you can give one away and still have one left for your family.

Congrats all around! I can't believe Noah is going to be in Middle School, and Emil M in college. They'll both have tons of fun (as I'm sure Kirstin will continue to). We're so excited to see you this weekend and catch up. And we're excited to have Emil M living closer so we can get to know him better. Have a safe flight tonight!

If you can't talk my mom into an Ikea trip while you're out here (she hates Ikea, blasphemy), I'm free nights and weekends! I could use some new dishes, and I've been eyeballing a set at their store for a few months.

And the bread looks and sounds FABULOUS! You've got me addicted to KAF. I really have to avoid their site because every time I browse around I walk away thinking I "need" one more kitchen appliance/item.
